A proud U.S. Marine Corps veteran, Chuck spent more than 25 years in aerospace program management at Gulfstream Aerospace, where his work centered on managing complex projects, evaluating risk, and making high-stakes decisions where mistakes carried real consequences. That background strongly influences how he approaches real estate today — prioritizing preparation, timing, and clarity over speed or pressure.
While Chuck handles traditional buyer and seller transactions, much of his work involves guiding clients through pre-retirement moves, relocation to be closer to family, inherited property, and situations where ownership or next steps aren’t immediately clear. He takes an advisory approach, helping clients slow down, understand tradeoffs, and address potential issues early so decisions are made confidently rather than reactively.
Born and raised in Cajun Country, Louisiana, Chuck brings a grounded, personable style to his work. Family is central to his life — he is a proud father, grandfather, and husband to Stephanie, who is also a licensed real estate professional.
